We operate two self-owned factories strategically located in Dongguan and Jiangxi, China, covering a total production area of over 5,000 square meters. Our Dongguan factory leverages the region's mature supply chain and technological advantages, focusing on high-end skiwear production and sample development. The Jiangxi factory, with a larger production scale, specializes in mass production, ensuring efficient delivery and stable quality control. Both factories adhere to strict international production standards and are equipped with dust-free workshops, temperature-controlled sewing areas, and professional testing labs. Our 100 employees, including skilled tailors, quality inspectors, and production managers, work in a standardized workflow to guarantee every piece of skiwear meets the highest quality requirements.

Our products are designed and produced with a focus on functionality, durability, and fashion. We use high-performance materials such as waterproof and breathable fabrics ( Fabric similar to GORE-TEX, eVent, and proprietary membranes), thermal insulation fillers, and windproof components. We also provide flexible customization services, supporting customers in designing products with unique styles, colors, and functional features to meet their brand positioning.

Our skiwear products are widely applied in various winter outdoor scenarios and markets. They are suitable for professional alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and casual winter outdoor activities. Beyond individual consumers, our products are also supplied to ski resorts, winter sports clubs, outdoor retail chains, and brand distributors. Whether for high-intensity professional sports or daily winter wear, our products combine performance and comfort to meet the needs of different user groups and application scenarios.

• Automatic Cutting Equipment: Imported computerized cutting machines with ±0.1mm precision, suitable for high-performance fabrics (e.g., waterproof GORE-TEX, thermal insulation materials). It minimizes material waste and ensures uniform cutting for batch production, matching the production capacity of both factories.
• High-Frequency Heat-Sealing Machines: Specialized for skiwear waterproof seams, achieving seamless bonding without needle holes. This equipment guarantees the waterproof and windproof performance of skiwear, a core requirement for winter sports gear, and is widely used in our Dongguan factory's high-end product line.
• Intelligent Sewing Machines: Equipped with automatic thread trimming, tension control, and pattern stitching functions, adapting to multi-layer fabric sewing (insulation layer + outer shell + lining). Our Jiangxi factory relies on these machines for mass production, improving stitching efficiency by 30% while ensuring neat and durable seams.
• Fabric Performance Testers: Including water pressure testers, breathability detectors, and tensile strength machines. We conduct 100% incoming material inspection and random finished product testing to ensure each skiwear meets waterproof (≥20,000mmH₂O) and breathability (≥20,000g/m²/24h) standards.

Europe Market: Our core market, covering Germany, France, Italy, Norway, and Sweden. We cooperate with 15+ local skiwear brands, including 2 well-known mid-to-high-end labels. Annual shipments here reach 50,000 pieces, mainly supplying alpine ski suits and snowboard wear. Our compliance with EU quality standards and BSCI certification has helped us maintain a 78% customer renewal rate.

North America Market: Serving brands in the United States and Canada, we provide customized skiwear for outdoor retail chains and professional ski clubs. We adapt products to local climate characteristics (e.g., enhanced thermal insulation for cold northern regions) and achieve annual sales of 70,000 pieces. Our Dongguan factory's quick sample development capability supports the fast-paced market demand of this region.
