Colors and Color Matching: Pantone matching for custom lab dips. Capability for multi-panel color-blocking, engineered prints, sublimated patterns, and contrast trim accents.
Fit and Pattern: Development based on original tech packs, physical reference samples, or standard sizing tables. Pattern adjustments for articulated sleeves, ergonomic knee shaping, and drop-tail hems.
Hood and Collar: Helmet-compatible hoods, 3-way drawstring adjustment systems, detachable hood constructions, microfleece-lined chin guards, and stand-up storm collars.
Pocket Configuration: Laser-cut bonded pockets, waterproof pass pockets, internal mesh goggle pockets with goggle wipes, fleece-lined handwarmer pockets, and chest utility loops for fishing gear.
Zippers and Trims: Water-repellent matte or gloss zippers, 2-way front closures, underarm pit zips with mesh backing, adjustable Velcro cuffs, elastic wrist gaiters with thumbholes, and custom cord pullers.
Insulation: Thermal mapping using synthetic body-mapped insulation from 40gsm to 200gsm, recycled polyester padding, fleece backings, or down chambers based on temperature requirements.
Seam Sealing: Full seam taping or critical seam taping using matching PU, TPU, or 3-layer seam sealing tapes applied via high-temperature hot-air sealing machinery.
Labels and Branding: Silicone chest logos, reflective heat-transfer prints, woven brand labels, embroidered logos, TPU patches, custom care labels, and hangtag application.
Packaging: Custom polybags with hazard warnings, barcode labeling, carton inner packing, solid-color or solid-size packing assortments, and export-ready corrugated master cartons.
